Common questions

I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to reset it via email.
I can't clock in. Clock-in/out is done at your workplace's kiosk tablet, not from your own phone. Ask your manager if the tablet isn't working.
I don't have an account. Accounts are set up by your employer — ask your manager or owner to invite you.
